Novelli Team of Realty is a RE/MAX Platinum Properties realtor business located in Margate, New Jersey. We re-vamped their logo with a modern update, while keeping the same basic elements from their old logo. The fresh new look for this realtor logo design was carried throughout their other digital and print materials.
Novelli Team of Realty was established in 2005, the Novelli Team of Realty was built on the foundation of providing a client-centric experience to real estate sales. Their diligent and experienced agents make it their business to stay in the know with all new developments that surface within the market.

We were also able to provide Novelli with a logo for their city location in Philadelphia, PA. They wanted the logos to be similar and recognizable that they were related, but still have their own style. The imagery of the cityscape or the shell to dictate the properties is a fun twist while we carry the same font and layout between the two. The colors vary slightly between both brands.
