ASTRO America — Integrated Campaign, Event & Brand System Design by Eyely Design

ASTRO America is a national organization advancing additive manufacturing and strengthening the U.S. industrial base. We partnered with their team to design and maintain a cohesive visual system across digital, print, and in-person experiences, supporting initiatives at both a national and regional level.

Our work spans a wide range of deliverables, including full-color agendas, event invitations, program collateral, business cards, seasonal cards for their vendors and network, swag, and large-format trade show materials such as banners, table coverings, and step-and-repeat backdrops. We developed and managed multi-size digital advertising campaigns alongside print ads, ensuring consistency across every placement. In addition, we supported ongoing website updates in WordPress, including the design and iteration of event pages with RSVP functionality, project pages, and content updates across multiple initiatives.

This engagement required close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, often balancing evolving direction, technical requirements, and tight timelines. We contributed to logo development and project-specific branding, refined visual systems across campaigns, and continuously iterated on both digital and print assets to align with ASTRO America’s growing network and mission. The result is a unified, scalable design system that supports everything from high-level strategy to on-the-ground event execution.
