The new Ocean City Board of REALTORS® Logo Design can be interpreted as a sun or as a compass… or both! We love designing graphics that have multiple meanings or interpretations, or can “morph” if they are looked at in detail.

The board requested a new logo design that was fresh, but still included imagery reminiscent of Ocean City, NJ. We included a variety of different looks in their initial proofs, and we even explored straying from the blue and yellow colors. Here is a look at the final proof before their logo was selected:
Ultimately the board (which had multiple members on the deciding committee), kept a similar color scheme… but a new layout, icon, and updated typography gives them an overall fresh rebrand.
A little more info about the The Ocean City Board of REALTORS®: They are the only Board of REALTORS® in New Jersey whose geographic jurisdiction is limited to one city. The Board was founded in 1920 and has been continuously serving the citizens, property owners, and guests of the resort destination since its inception. Their memberships consist of 27 offices and more than 500 members.
