Real Estate Direct Mail Design

After working for so many years in the casino, I’ve seen my fair share of gaudy casino direct mail. When Damon Bready asked me to create a direct mail template for him I was thrilled to come up with something classic, calming, and not so “in-your-face.” Since we do not handle any of the printing (we have to draw the line somewhere!) this template was designed and exported in Photoshop, then built in Microsoft Word so Damon can make updates to the text and images and then send it off to his printer.
